THE ROLE
- Assist in the installation and maintenance of production and utility machines and monitor the progress of the work.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements, develop specifications, and track progress.
- Lead the maintenance execution teams consisting of preventive maintenance and zone/ shift technicians
- Ensure all planned and unplanned maintenance jobs are safely executed on time in full (OTIF) with uncompromised quality
- Participate Maintenance Strategy Development and Implementation
- Provide technical support to Engineers and engineering team members, assisting with problem-solving and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with the Engineer to review and verify technical documentation, designs, and drawings.
THE REQUIREMENT
- B.Sc. Eng., NDT or equivalent in Mechanical/Mechatronics.
- Proven experience in an engineering role or a similar technical position will be an added advantage.
- Strong technical knowledge in the specific field.
- Familiarity with engineering principles, processes, and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in engineering software and tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a cross-functional team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
