Senior Executive – HR & Administration (Koggala) | LAUGFS Life Sciences

LAUGFS Life Sciences (Pvt) Ltd., a subsidiary of LAUGFS Holdings Ltd., entered the pharmaceutical products manufacturing business with a state-of-the-art production facility in Koggala. We thrive on saving lives by providing locally-made pharmaceuticals.

THE ROLE

  • Responsible for performing core HR functions.
  • Handle the onboarding, off boarding and documentation process.
  • Handle the training and development activities as per the annual training plan.
  • Ensure compliance with labour regulations.
  • Responsible for monitoring transport, security, welfare, cleaning and general administration.
  • Performing day-to-day HR & Administration activities.

THE REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Human Resources Management.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing facility.
  • Enthusiastic, self-driven and possess the ability to perform under minimum supervision.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
