person to lead our Talent Acquisition team.
- Develop and execute a strategic hiring plan that aligns with the company's goals and values.
- Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job advertisements, social media, and networking.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to make informed hiring decisions.
- Partner with departments and BU heads to understand their staffing needs and build strong working relationships.
- Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding.
- Work with headhunters and employment agencies to hire experienced and capable candidates; also work with Colleges, Universities and Industry Associations to build a CV pipeline.
- Use data and analytics to evaluate and improve our recruitment processes continually.
- Ensure all recruitment practices comply with relevant laws and regulations.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in recruitment, with at least 5 years in a Senior Executive capacity.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Acknowledge recruitment best practices and industry trends.
- Commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion in the hiring process.
