IT Executive - ANANTAYA (Passikudah)

IT EXECUTIVE -  ANANTAYA (PASSIKUDAH)

 

Responsibilities

 

  • install and configure computers, servers, and related appliances.
  • MonitortheITsystemandrelatedinfrastructure.
  • Manage and maintain end-point protection.
  • Perform data backups using advanced tools and timely backup restores.
  • Provideresolutionsforday-to-dayIT-relatedissues.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance with support partners.
  • Technical support for CCTV, FP Attendance Devices, PABX, Network Printers, etc.
  • 365EmailConfigurationonNotebook, MacBook, and mobile devices
  • Installationofrequiredupdatesandpatchesonendpoints
  • Keep an up-to-date inventory of IT equipment, software, and licenses.



Requirements

• MinimumHND/BScorequivalentqualificationinIThardwareandnetworking
• Minimumof3yearsofexperienceinasimilarcapacity.
• Up-to-date knowledge of new technologies and trends
• Vendor certifications such as Microsoft, CISCO, or Linux will be an added advantage.
• Must be a good team player.
• GoodcommandofEnglish,bothverballyandinwriting
• Leisure sector experience is preferred.
• Hands-on experience in Scienta and POS would be an added advantage.
