The Cabinet has granted its approval to a Memorandum submitted by Hon. A.H.M. Fowzie, the Minister of Petroleum and Petroleum Resource Development, to liberalize the lubricant market and enter in to relevant Lubricant agreements. Totally nine private owned international companies are in the recommended list
