NUS Business School, part of the National University of Singapore, acknowledged as one of the finest universities in the Asia-Pacific region, will be conducting the LAHES-NUS Train the Trainers programme from 20th – 23rd May, 2013.
This four-day programme covers the fundamentals of the Training and Development function – from needs analysis to lesson design and planning to evaluating training effectiveness; adult learning principles and various training techniques such as case study method, discussion-based learning, learning through role plays, games and ice-breakers, use of stories, anecdotes and humour in adult learning, video-based learning and future trends in training and development.
