Senior Manager – Group Taxation

Key Responsibilities
- Review tax compliance across Group companies to ensure adherence to applicable tax laws and regulations
- Prepare and support provisional and final income tax computations in collaboration with finance teams
- Liaise with tax authorities to manage appeals, dispute resolutions, and tax-related matters
- Obtain and manage tax registrations, tax clearances, statutory approvals, and related requirements
- Stay updated on tax regulations to identify opportunities for tax optimization and risk mitigation
- Manage tax audits, information requests, and taxation inquiries
- Support finance teams on tax-related matters and other taxation functions assigned by management
Candidate Profile
- Following Advisory Level of the Chartered Tax Advisor Course conducted by CA Sri Lanka, or Advisory Level I of CITSL
- Qualified or at final stage of CA / CIMA / ACCA / CMA
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in taxation with exposure to tax compliance, planning, and reporting
- Strong knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and accounting principles
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
