Key Responsibilities
- Plan, recruit and train front line teams
- Manage organizational readiness for new outlets
- Partner with operations to ensure workforce readiness.
- Promote company culture and values across expanding retail locations.
Candidate Profile
- Degree in HRM or Business Administration.
- 4–6 years of experience in HR operations or business partnering.
- Experience in retail or multi-site HR is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
