Laugfs Gas Plc yesterday announced that U.K. Ashan T. De Silva has been promoted as the Chief Executive Officer with effect from 30 May 2013. De Silva is a structural engineer by profession and was the Group Project Manager at Laugfs Gas prior to the promotion.
