LAUGFS Beverages inaugurates modern bottling plant

LAUGFS Beverages, formerly known as LAUGFS Aqua, has set out on a fresh journey under its new name with the inauguration of a state of the art bottling plant in Pannipitiya recently. The plant, located in Hiripitiya in Pannipitiya, is equipped with modern machinery to streamline the work processes while adhering to stringent quality standards, which will enable LAUGFS Beverages to offer its customers the finest bottled drinking water in Sri Lanka. LAUGFS Aqua, which was a subsidiary of LAUGFS Holdings, had seen a consistent growth in popularity since its inception 12 years ago under the leadership of LAUGFS Holdings Chairman W. K. H. Wegapitiya and Managing Director U. K. Thilak De Silva. With the opening of the bottling plant the rebranded LAUGFS Beverages is poised to build on this platform with a long term vision and commitment to excellence.
