It is stated that fakes are the fastest growing industry in the world and it is bigger than the earlier identified industries like arms and drugs. Unscrupulous people not only fake products but also important documents. This is very common in Sri Lanka and many examples can be given. Even the little girl who is sentenced to death in Saudi Arabia is due to the fake birth certificate. Even new born babies are being traded on fake documents while school admission is in crisis due to documents being faked in addition to the other problems.
