Deputy General Manager - Operations

Responsibilities:
- Work hand-in-hand with the CEO to formulate and execute strategic initiatives for healthcare products manufacturing.
- Lead the initial project management of key ventures, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Establish and oversee short- and long-term goals, aligning them with the overall company vision.
- Effectively plan and manage resources, optimizing costs and maximizing ROI.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering collaboration and achieving mutual success.
- Spearhead business expansion initiatives, identifying and capitalizing on new market opportunities.
- Drive operational excellence within the company, ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory compliance.
- Contribute to the development and mentorship of high-performing teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Manage KOLs in a manner that benefits both the company and all its stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, where experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or a related field would be an added advantage.
- BSc degree in process, marketing, finance or administration from a recognized university.
- MBA or MSc in Science or Management will be an added advantage.
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, project management, and business development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building rapport and influencing stakeholders.
- Proven leadership ability with a passion for inspiring and motivating teams.
- Deep understanding of regulatory requirements and quality management principles.
- A proactive and results-oriented individual with a strong work ethic and a commitment to continuous learning.
