Policy of the LAUGFS gas (Pvt) Ltd of Sir Lanka is that all employees executed their work under safe and healthy conditions with proper concern for the protection of the environment.

All the employees including those of subcontractor and suppliers must ensure that possible dangers that may result in personnel injury industrial illness damage to the environment and damage to property is avoid, Avoiding dangerous or unhealthy situations must become “a way of life”

The board of management expects every employee to strictly comply with the health, safety and environment policy and instruction issued by the LAUGFE gas (Pvt) Ltd.

Management is responsible for ensuring that this health, safety and environment policy is understood, implemented and the maintained. At all level in the organization efforts shall be made to continuously improve health, safety and environment standards.
The board of management gives high priority to matters of health, safety and environment. It stresses that standards can only be met with the total commitment of every person working in LAUGFS gas (Pvt) Ltd.
